Kindergarten through 5th Grade Outreach Visits
The Oak Creek Public Library will be offering outreach visits to each of the Oak Creek Elementary Schools in order to promote this year’s Summer Reading Challenge, titled: “A Universe of Stories”.  Each visit will include a short skit performed by library staff members and information about our summer programming line-up.

We have reserved the weeks of May 15th – May 31st for outreach visits.  We would offer two sessions, one for grades K-2 and one for grades 3-5.  Each visit will run for approximately 20 minutes with a 10 minute break in-between groups so we can reset.  All requests must be made by Monday, April 15th and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please fill out this online form to schedule an Outreach Visit.

6th Grade through 12th Grade Field Trip Requests & Outreach Visits*
*Due to upcoming changes in our 6th grade through 12th grade Group Visit & Outreach Visit Program, we will not be taking outreach requests at this time.  Please stay tuned for exciting new updates.*
