Friends of the Library

For more than 25 years, the Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library has existed as an independent organization of people and businesses interested in assisting the library in developing programs, encouraging gifts, promoting knowledge and providing a channel for individuals and organizations to express ideas and make suggestions for library uses and services.

Due to social distancing recommendations, the Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library are not currently meeting in person. We are hopeful that meetings will resume soon.

Please visit our COVID-19 Closure Information page and the our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information about meetings, programs, and library services.

We hope to see you, soon!

Membership in the Friends of the Library is open to everyone. If you’re interested, print off a Friends Membership Application or ask for a form the next time you’re at the library.

All proceeds benefit the programs, services and collections of the Oak Creek Public Library. For more information about the sale Contact Us.

The Friends are always looking for opportunities for members to volunteer at the library. Volunteer opportunities are shared with current members at the monthly meetings.
