Curbside Pick Up

If you received an automatic notification that your hold(s) are ready for pick up, you do not need to fill out the Curbside Pick Up Request Form.

We offer Curbside Pick Up! Currently, this service is offered Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Last pick-up is 10 minutes before close each day. Fill out the online request form here to request non-material items for curbside pick up AND for assistance in selecting materials. Staff will use the information submitted to put together library material(s) we hope you will enjoy. Requests are limited to 10 items per pick-up, per day. After 5 business days, items selected for Curbside that have not been picked up will be checked in and re-shelved.

If you have specific items that you would like to request, or if you would like to request more than 10 items, you may now do so at countycat.mcfls.org. If you need assistance requesting specific titles, please call us at 414 766-7900.

Once we process your request you will receive a notification that your hold is ready to be picked up. You may be contacted by a library staff member or receive an automatic notification. The method of notification is based on the preference saved to your library account and the types of items being requested.

Pick-ups do not need to be scheduled in advance. Once you receive a notification that your holds are ready, simply come to the library during regular Curbside hours. Park in one of the two designated spots on the west side of the building and call the number listed on the sign. A staff member of staff will check out your items to you, bring them outside, and hang them on the Curbside Pick Up sign. Remain in your vehicle until the staff member has returned to the building.

We also offer expanded Curbside Pick Up services, including requests for Take & Make crafts, issues of BookPage, 3D Prints, and more!
