If you have just arrived at the library and you are ready to pick up your holds, use the button below to check in.
We offer Curbside Pick Up! This service is currently offered Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday: 10:00 AM –4:00 PM. After 5 business days, items selected for Curbside that have not been picked up will be checked in and re-shelved.
Once we process your request, you will receive a notification that your hold is ready to be picked up. You may be contacted by a library staff member or receive an automatic notification. The method of notification is based on the preference saved to your library account and the types of items being requested.
Alternatively, pick up lockers are located on the west side of the library next to the entrance doors along 6th Street, allowing you to pick up your holds day or night, all 365 days of the year. To use this method of pick up, select ‘Oak Creek Locker’ as the pickup location when placing items on hold via CountyCat. Once you materials arrive, a staff member will check them out to you and place them in a locker. You will receive a notification with a unique code to open your locker and retrieve your items. Lockers are available on a first come, first served basis. If items are not retrieved within within 3 days, they will be checked back in and removed from your account.
Pick Up Directions
Curbside pick-ups do not need to be scheduled in advance. Once you receive a notification that your holds are ready, simply come to the library during regular Curbside hours. Park in one of the designated spots on the west side of the building (along 6th St.), and call or text the number listed on the sign. A staff member will check out your items to you, bring them outside, and hang them on the Curbside Pick Up sign. Remain in your vehicle until the staff member has returned to the building.
Curbside parking spots are located on the west side of the library along 6th St. Click below for an expanded view.
